Custom Pet Portrait Request

Thank you for trusting me to create a portrait of your beloved pet. Each piece is crafted with great care, using the photos and stories you provide to capture the personality and spirit of your companion. To begin, a 50% deposit is required to secure your place in my commission schedule. After I receive your completed questionnaire, I will forward an invoice for the deposit and begin work on your design. You’ll receive a digital proof for approval before I start the final artwork. The deposit is fully refundable any time before the proof is approved. After you approve the proof, I’ll send an invoice for the remaining balance, which is due before your portrait is shipped. Once the final proof is approved, it takes up to 4 weeks for the final product to ship.

If you have a vision in mind—whether it's a cozy cabin setting, a peaceful garden, something entirely unique, or a simple background to let your pet shine—I’d love to hear it. While I can’t promise to replicate every detail, knowing your preferences helps me create something meaningful. Or, if you’d rather leave it in my hands, I’ll design a background that brings out your pet’s personality beautifully.

Be sure to include a photo that highlights what makes them special, and I’ll do my best to capture their spirit in the portrait.
