At Wildheart Portraits LLC, each piece is a labor of love—hand-painted to reflect the unique spirit of your beloved companion. Because every portrait is custom-made, I offer refunds only before proof approval.

Before Painting Begins

• You’ll receive a digital proof prior to the start of painting.

• At this stage, you can request edits or cancel your order for a full refund.

• Once the proof is approved and the creative process begins, the order becomes final and non-refundable.

Let’s Talk First

If you’re unhappy with your finished portrait, I encourage you to reach out within 14 days of receipt. While refunds aren't guaranteed after proof approval, I deeply value your satisfaction and am open to finding a thoughtful resolution together.

If a Refund Is Granted

In rare cases where a refund is mutually agreed upon:

• The portrait must be returned in its original condition.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Refunds will be issued once the artwork has been safely received.
