Every Wildheart Portrait is custom-made with care, and your delivery experience should feel just as personal.

Processing & Timeline

Portraits ship within 4 weeks of proof approval to allow time for painting, finishing, and secure packaging. You’ll receive a UPS tracking number by email as soon as your artwork is on its way.

Shipping Method

We ship via UPS Ground, with the cost already included in your purchase price—no surprises at checkout. If you’d prefer expedited shipping, please contact us before approving your proof. We’ll arrange a faster method and let you know the upgrade cost.

Domestic & International

Currently, we ship within the United States. If you’re located outside the U.S. and interested in a custom portrait, reach out directly to explore international options.

While rare, delays may happen due to weather, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen events. If anything comes up, we’ll keep you informed with updates every step of the way.
